Warranty Terms

For all products of the PyroProducts brand we provide a voluntary manufacturer's warranty under the following terms.

Scope and duration of the warranty

We provide a warranty of one year from the date of purchase on all PyroProducts items within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. The warranty covers free replacement of the product in case of material and workmanship defects or malfunctions under normal use, without you having to prove the cause of the defect. If replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, dropping or force, or normal wear parts (e.g. flints).

How to claim the warranty

Send an email to info@pyroproducts.nl with your order number, a brief description of the fault, and photos or a short video of the defect. You will receive a reply within 2 working days. In a valid warranty case, we will send a free replacement product or refund the purchase price. Returning the defective product is usually not required.

Your statutory rights

Regardless of this warranty, you are entitled to the statutory rights for defects (in particular repair, withdrawal, price reduction, damages). These statutory rights apply for two years from delivery, are free of charge for you, and are not limited by this warranty.
