Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days in total from receipt of the goods.

This means you can also cancel the contract after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has expired, up until 30 days from receipt of the goods, by returning the goods to us:

You bear the cost of the return shipment. After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the following applies: the goods may only be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy. Until the statutory withdrawal period expires, only the statutory conditions stated there apply. You can find the statutory withdrawal information here.
